Charlene Celano, R.Ph.- President

Charlene has been the President & CEO at University Learning Systems based in East Amherst, NY since 2006. Prior to this endeavor, she developed a committee print for the U.S. Senate, Special Committee on Aging, she also worked in drug information and developed consumer-oriented drug education programs. Her experience focuses on specialty pharmacy, ambulatory care pharmacy, hematology/oncology, mental health and infectious disease pharmacotherapy. She received her pharmacy education at the University of Maryland, School of Pharmacy and holds a BA in English from the State University of New York, University at Buffalo.

Andrew Schneider -Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Schneider has been involved in all aspects of the software industry since receiving his Computer Science degree from the University at Buffalo. While living in Washington DC he was key contributor to a successful IPO that applied artificial intelligence techniques to collaborative decision making. He was CTO at a big data firm analyzing massive data sets from cell phone call detail records. He subsequently designed the cloud based data warehouse for major supplier of software for higher education. His current interests are in big data, machine learning, and supporting the technical infrastructure of University Learning Systems.

Stephanie Nsski -Director of Operations

A native of Arlington, Virginia, and still residing in Northern Virginia, Stephanie received her B.A. in Liberal Studies from Marymount University. She has been with University Learning Systems since 2009, and with her help our conferences are strategized from beginning to end, ensuring that the resulting product isthe best in the continuing medical education industry. When she’s not organizing our next conference, Stephanie can be found on the sidelines of her teenagers’ sporting events.

Lulu Anderson- Director of Marketing

Lulu is a freelance digital marketer with a mission to help street dogs, and currently living in Argentina. She has worked with University Learning Systems since 2016 and leads the team in branding and digital marketing objectives. Lulu received her degree in 2006 from Northeastern University in Cardiopulmonary Exercise Science, that combined with 4 years in clinical research and 7 years in marketing has been an asset in helping the brand establish itself as a leading provider of continuing medical education.

Not only are they expert clinicians, but excellent teachers, as well, with a track record of making CE/CME content easy to understand and put into practice.
