University Learning Systems is a family-owned continuing-education company founded in 1979 and led by healthcare professionals who understand the practical needs of clinicians.
Charlene Celano, RPh
Charlene Celano is President, Owner, and Chief Executive Officer of InPharmX, Inc., doing business as University Learning Systems. From the company’s East Amherst, New York base, she leads accredited programming serving more than 1,000 healthcare professionals each year.
Professional Experience
Charlene’s pharmacy career has included specialty pharmacy, ambulatory care, hematology and oncology, mental health, infectious disease, drug information, and consumer drug education. Her government experience includes work associated with the United States Senate Special Committee on Aging.
Education
She completed her pharmacy education at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy and earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
