Welcome and student guide
Welcome to University Learning Systems
Use this guide to find courses, register, complete course activities, and manage your continuing-education records.
Quick start
Your ULS account
Create a free ULS account to register for courses and keep your learning records together. Your private dashboard provides access to your courses, materials, evaluations, tests, certificates, and credit-reporting status.
Why create an account?
A free account lets you:
- Register for a course. Use one account for live and on-demand course registrations.
- Join our mailing lists. Receive course announcements and educational updates from ULS.
Creating an account
You may already have an account
If you registered for a ULS course in the past, the system may recognize your email address when you enter it. If that happens, do not create a duplicate account. Select Forgot Password from the login window to create a secure password and access your existing course history.

What each menu does
Live Pharmacology CE/CME
Live Pharmacology CE/CME lists available in-person and live-online courses. Open a course to review its dates, location or delivery format, sessions, speakers, accreditation, fees, and registration information.
On Demand Pharmacology CE/CME
On Demand Pharmacology CE/CME lists self-paced courses. A course page describes its sessions, faculty, credit, learning activities, and availability before you add it to your account.
Professions
The Professions menu explains course formats, accreditation, and credit guidance for pharmacists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and physicians.
About Information
The About Information menu contains ULS faculty, accreditation, policies, frequently asked questions, contact information, and other organizational information.
Account
The Account menu changes after you sign in. It contains:
- Educational Management Center — your overall workspace for active and completed course control panels plus earlier registration history.
- Instructor dashboard — shown only when a ULS administrator has linked your account to a faculty record.
- Student Guide — returns to this guide, account guidance, and its login-display preference at any time.
- Update profile — contact details, profession, licenses, lead source, password, and pharmacist NABP information.
- Log out — securely ends your signed-in session.
Registration
How to register for a course
Live course registration
- Open Live Pharmacology CE/CME and select a course.
- Review the dates, venue or online format, sessions, fees, speakers, and accreditation.
- Select Register. If you are not signed in, ULS asks you to log in or create an account and then returns you to the course.
- Select the sessions you plan to attend and your available attendance format.
- Enter an optional discount code and select Compute price.
- Review the calculated price. If payment is due, continue to the secure Authorize.net payment form.
- After registration, open the course from the Educational Management Center.
Some registrations are paid by an employer contract, entered for a speaker, or paid through another event system. Those registrations may not require an individual card payment in ULS.
On-demand registration
- Open On Demand Pharmacology CE/CME and select an available course.
- Review its sessions, credit, faculty, accreditation, and learning requirements.
- Sign in and add the course to your account. ULS prevents duplicate enrollment in the same course.
- Open the course control panel from the Educational Management Center.
Your registration information
Keep your name, profession, address, email, telephone number, and state licenses current. If you select Referral as the way you heard about ULS, enter the full name of the person who referred you. Pharmacists must provide a valid NABP ePID and birth month/day before eligible credit can be submitted to ACPE.
Course timeline
Before the course
- Confirm that the correct course and sessions appear in the Educational Management Center.
- Review course dates, attendance format, venue details, and the activity log.
- Open published session materials and private course documents as they become available.
- Complete each available pre-course knowledge-gap survey. The course evaluation remains separate and is completed after instruction.
- Pharmacists should verify the NABP ePID and birth month/day shown under Update profile.
- Contact ULS if a registration, session selection, payment, or professional detail is incorrect.
Course timeline
During the course
- Use the course control panel to open the materials assigned to each registered session.
- For an on-demand course, watch the session videos and return to your saved Vimeo playback position when available.
- Complete required on-demand activities and quizzes shown for the session.
- For a live course, ULS staff confirms attendance separately for each session. Seeing materials or completing a survey does not itself confirm attendance.
- Use only your own signed-in account so attendance, evaluations, tests, documents, and credit are assigned to the correct student.
Course timeline
After the course
- Complete the course evaluation for each applicable session.
- Complete and pass any required on-demand quiz.
- Return to the session results to check attendance, evaluation, test, certificate, and ACPE reporting status.
- View the statement of credit or certificate when the required attendance and course activities are complete.
- If you are a pharmacist and the session is eligible, select Submit credits to ACPE. The status may show Pending while ULS sends and records the response.
- Use the Educational Management Center to revisit permitted materials, documents, and results. Older linked attendance remains visible under registration history.
Payment, attendance, evaluation, test completion, certificate availability, and ACPE reporting are separate records. Completing one does not automatically mean that every other requirement is complete.
